Flagstaff Neighborhoods with Radon

Some estimates indicate that as many as 30% of homes in Flagstaff have high levels of Radon.

All homes should be tested, but we are aware of homes with high radon levels in the following Flagstaff neighborhoods:

  • Coconino Estates
  • Ponderosa Trails
  • Boulder Point
  • Country Club

If your home is not in one of these neighborhoods that does NOT mean you are safe.  The US surgeon general, the EPA and the American Lung Association recommend that ALL homes be tested!
